1. Custom Built Contemporary

We achieved an updated look throughout this stunning home by removing dated wallpaper in the kitchen and powder room and repainting all the walls with a neutral color palette. This home sold within one month after receiving multiple offers.

2. Classic Colonial

This home needed updating and decluttering. To get it ready for sale, we created a
more modern decor by recommending fresh, neutral paint colors for all the walls. Our team then replaced outdated carpeting, added new light fixtures, and chose contemporary accents throughout.

3. Contemporary Colonial

To make the space feel more roomy and inviting to buyers, we freshened the rooms
with simple, neutral area rugs, added modern accessories in vibrant colors and
reworked furniture placement.
